Okay- So I created a foodie blog. I did. I am absolutely in love with several, and totally blog stalk them. [My favs are The Orange Apron, For the Love of Cooking, and Hot Off the Garlic Press... check them out under my "Inspire Me!" column on the right.] As indicated, they absolutely do inspire me... to make yummier stuff tonight as well as just to appreciate good recipes in life in general (aka: salivate all over my keyboard).
Anyway- I wanted to do one for me... genuinely just for me. As a fun project, a hobby if you will, a tribute to my favorite chefs. But I keep checking it for comments. Yes- even though no one knows about it! I'm a slave to the audience... much to my chagrin. So I will continue to make it for me... and try super hard not to be swayed by peer pressure or try to be or appear to be something I'm not. I'm seriously posting mac-n-cheese on there (as soon as we buy some... we're in serious grocery despair over here). But please. I'm begging you... check it out. And COMMENT! ;)
PS. Thank you all for loving my amazing son as much as I do (well, as close as you'll ever get... I love him quite a lot). It's really sweet to see. xo

I clicked on your link "dinner" in one of your past blogs and thought, "yum that looks good" and then scrolled on down and realized it was your blog. I was wondering how I didn't know about your food blog. I love food blogs and I'm constantly checking them for new ideas/recipes. So glad you decided to share :)
Yay for being out of the closet. I am excited that you are into cooking and eating. Maybe that is why we get along so well. :)

How on earth did you remember my b-day? But thanks for doing so. :) I'm almost never in Logan anymore, although I am actually going there today because we're going to try to snow-shoe in the canyon. I'm not sure it will really work out because the snow is all crunchy and gross. I have no idea when I'll be in Logan next, but I really hope your friend is doing okay!
