Okay, so we fed James bananas (well, half of a banana, fork-mashed up) today, and he was SOOO hyper as a result. It was really funny. He also has been doing this whole head-bob -to-show-enthusiasm thing lately (like his version of a puppy wagging its tail). So as a result of the high-energy, he was like head banging... or maybe bowing like a chinaman... or maybe a karate kid... or maybe like a capoeira-type soccer player...
Anyway, it apparently reminded Derek of a video he received in a forward today, so he showed it to me. It was awesome. Here it is, if you're interested.
Then he and James were playing on the bed, and I broke out the camera and recorded James acting hyper/crazy. It also, if I may say so myself, was AWESOME. :) He's a funny little guy. He makes us laugh. (Video to follow, and you ARE interested!)
The moral of this story: When one eats bananas, one will most definitely GO bananas!

Ha! First comment again! Yay for me. Cute video, weird moustache. I likes my bananas too, James. Next week is spring break and I will have free time. We could hang out one day, whenever you want. Perhaps your schedule is a bit more full than mine, which is not difficult to imagine since mine is empty. :)
I'm a little skeptical about forwards, but I have to say that video was worth opening. That's some crazy stuff!
My kids ate bananas this morning too....right before I dropped them off at the babysitter. Good luck to her I guess from the looks of how James reacts. Bring that Banana boy on up to Julie's tomorrow afternoon or evening, and we'll introduce him to his monkey cousin Gabe.
james is definitely cute. but i didn't think he was that hyper. he must be really boring normally. =) and tell derek he looks weird with a moustache...love you guys!
Seriously. Derek looks like an sweet child predator. . . the mustache is amazing! I'll be writing my thank you to Macey's any day. glad to see James loves his bananas! Kona just ate some today. Isn't it funny what natural sugar does to kids? I should stop eating all sugar just to see what it'd do to me. . .not likely. Good thought anyway. I love James. And I loved listening to your voice on the video. It soothes me. . .maybe I'll play it while I sleep. . .
That was a great post. My brother would love the first video, he's a soccer nut. But Kya and I loved the second video, Kya said "crazy" when he was dancing. What a cutie. We love bananas!
